Refund Policy

If you’re not able to attend your selected course, please contact hello@storylytics.ca as soon as possible. All refunds will be issued on your original payment method according to the following policies:

• 100% of your fee is refundable if
  
  • you cancel within three (3) business days of registration and the course has not yet started.
  • you cancel within seven (7) business days prior to Day 1 of your program.
• 50% of your fee is refundable if
  • You cancel within three (3) but not more than seven (7) business days prior to Day 1 of your program.
• No refund available if
  • You cancel less than three (3) business days prior to Day 1 of your program.
  • You are unable to complete the program you started.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@storylytics.ca.

We are always happy to shift you to another program, including if you have already started but are unable to finish for any reason. A 10% fee is applicable for any change made within three (3) business days prior to Day 1 of your program. You can only shift your start date once and shifted dates are not eligible for additional refunds.
